Uma mulher que até o momento teve apenas o primeiro nome divulgado (Suely), moradora de São Pedro do Ivaí, norte do Paraná, foi denunciada pelo próprio marido após supostamente vender o próprio filho recém-nascido por R$ 300. A polícia conseguiu recuperar a criança, que estava com uma família do Mato Grosso do Sul.
O homem relatou que deixou a esposa grávida em São Pedro do Ivaí e foi viajar a trabalho, quando voltou para ver o filho, ela não estava com a criança. O menino teria nascido no dia 3 de novembro e a mulher efetuou a suposta venda no dia 7, em Jandaia do Sul.
A compradora seria uma mulher de Glória de Dourado (MS), que conheceu a mãe do bebê pelo facebook. “O que nós sabemos é que a mãe, em conversa pela internet, combinou com a mulher a venda da criança. A compradora tinha perdido o filho no sexto mês de gestação e, em seguida, fantasiou uma gravidez por motivos que ainda são investigados. Após tudo acordado, ela veio do Mato Grosso (do Sul), as duas se encontraram em Jandaia, e no local registraram a criança e finalizaram a negociação”, afirmou o delegado de Jandaia do Sul, Ítalo Sega, ao jornal Tribuna do Norte.
Após a denúncia, o delegado e o superintendente Laércio Rodrigues viajaram para o Mato Grosso do Sul e retornaram na madrugada desta quinta-feira (22), trazendo o bebê. A criança de apenas 18 dias já foi entregue ao pai.
A mãe disse ao Conselho Tutelar que sofreu de depressão pós-parto e que passa por tratamento psicológico. Nem ela nem a mulher que recebeu o bebê foram presas. A mãe vai responder pelos crimes de abandono de incapaz e adoção ilegal. Já a outra mulher, por adoção ilegal e subtração de incapaz.
